At Droplets, each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect products.
  
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof.
  

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  
• Refund processing time is 7–10 business days after approval.
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, worn, or altered jewellery
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
  

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
